INCOME WITHOLDING ORDER 

  • FEES - Determined by state law of employer (PA permits a one-time fee of $50.00)
  • PAYMENT TYPE - Payments are deducted directly from pay checks
  • PROCESSING TIME - Employer must remit within 10 days for 1st payment and 7 days thereafter
  • PAY BY - Employment must be reported to DRS for attachment to be sent to employer.

CHECK OR MONEY ORDER TO PA SCDU

  • FEES - Free
  • PAYMENT TYPE - Check or money order made payable to PA SCDU (No starter checks)
  • PROCESSING TIME - Immediate processing upon receipt
  • PAY BY - Include name, member ID or SSN and mail to:

  • FEES - 2.95% fee for $0 -$700; $20.00 fee for $700.01 or greater

  • PROCESSING TIME - Payments made by 11:59 PM the prior day will be posted to the member’s account the next day

  • FEES - Fees vary based upon payment amount and location
  • PAYMENT TYPE - Check website for more information on fees & limits
  • PROCESSING TIME - Allow 4-7 days to post but the DRS is able to verify payment was made within minutes
