The Office of the Sheriff has changed in Pennsylvania over the last twenty years. We at the Blair County Sheriff's Office have been involved in many new endeavors as well as many duties that we have always provided to the citizens of both Blair County and the State of Pennsylvania. Here are a list of services and duties that we provide on a day-to-day basis:

 - Courthouse Security

 - County Judge Protection

 - Enforcement of both Crimes and Traffic Code

 - Prisoner Transport in county and state as well as out of state

 - P.F.A. Service

 - Central Court Duties
