Our Purpose

Blair County Children, Youth and Families is committed to strengthening families; protecting the rights and welfare of children in this community and ensuring that children have an opportunity for healthy growth and development, free from abuse or neglect. 

Services

Blair County Children, Youth, and Family (BCCYF) is the county government agency with the responsibility of responding to the community's concerns regarding the safety of children in our county. BCCYF serves families in which there is child abuse, neglect, or risk for those to occur.

Through community and family partnering, Blair County Children, Youth and Families will provide the resources needed to strengthen families and ensure the safety, permanency and well-being of the children we serve.
