Blair County Valley View Park
Overview
The Blair County Valley View Park is a 45-acre green space of fields and forests with amenities and facilities for nature walks, kids activities, reunions, weddings, athletic events, concerts and more. It is conveniently located near Route 220/I-99 in Altoona.

Pavilion and Amphitheater Reservation Information
With your reservation of a pavilion or the Amphitheater, you will have exclusive use of the amphitheater from 8:00 a.m. to dusk. You will have access to water and electricity as well as on-site bathrooms and playground. Garbage bags are available, but must be removed from the site before you leave. Charcoal is permitted in the grills at the Pavilions only, and can be used as long as they are available. Leave the charcoal at the grill for the groundskeeper to dispose of. If you would like to use the soccer field or disc golf, special permission is need by the County, please call 814-693-3030 for more information.
Pavilion - There are 5 Pavilions available for rent on a first come, first serve basis for $70.00. To reserve a pavilion, please visit Valley View Rentals.
Amphitheater - There is 1 Amphitheater available for rent on a first come, first serve basis for $100.00. To reserve the Amphitheater, please visit Valley View Rentals.

Want to Organize an Event?
All requests for organized event use of the soccer field, disc golf course or other areas of the park must be submitted to the Commissioner's Office. Please call 814-693-3030 or email commissionerstaff@blairco.org for more information on how to reserve these spaces.
