Request for De Novo Hearing - Blair County Domestic Relations Section will no longer accept verbal requests for De Novo or requests to deny Entitlement during conferences. Any request for appeal must be in writing and received within the 20-day appeal period. Furthermore, all requests for appeal must state, with specificity, what issues are being challenged before the Court.

Requests for De Novo submitted without specific reasons for the appeal will be denied, and returned to the litigant with notice to resubmit within the appeal period. 

Request for Entitlement Hearing – If you wish to deny entitlement to Spousal Support; please submit this form. Denying entitlement to Spousal Support is separate from requesting a De Novo.
