​COVID-19 Hospitality Industry Recovery Program (CHIRP)

On February 10, 2021 Governor Wolf created the COVID-19 Hospitality Industry Recovery Program (CHIRP) to provide grant funds to hotels, restaurants and bars that have been negatively impacted by the pandemic. All applications for Blair County, PA will be administered by the Altoona Blair County Development (ABCD) Corp.
