Formal announcement and media event for the Blair County Trail, Park and Recreation Authority
WHEN: Wednesday, November 5, 2025 – 9:00 am
WHERE: Hollidaysburg Borough Municipal Building (401 Blair St, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648)
WHAT: Blair County Trail, Park, and Recreation Authority Public Launch
You are invited to attend the formal announcement of the Blair County Trail, Parks and Recreation Authority. The first formal meeting of the newly established Authority will begin immediately following this media event.
Speakers will include:
1. Dave Kessling - Blair County Commissioner
2. Rachel DiAndrea - Authority Chair – (Grant Wills to unveil LOGO and explain meaning behind it)
3. Stephen McKnight – President of the Altoona Blair County Development Corporation
4. Hon. Scott Barger – PA State Representative (80th)
5. Nathan Reigner – Director of the PA Office of Outdoor Recreation
