The Public Works Wastewater Services Department is located at 2681 Reservoir Road in Frankstown Township.

The Director of Wastewater Operations is Frank Cassisi. The Department is responsible for the treatment of wastewater and disposal of sewage sludge in an environmentally safe manner. The WWTP staff maintains the Borough's Sewage Collection System. The Department also administers a pretreatment program for its industrial customers and maintains a 6.0 million gallons per day wastewater treatment facility. The Pretreatment Coordinator is Frank B. Hicks, Jr. He is also the Assistant to the Director of Wastewater Operations.
