The Director of Community Facilites is David Zeek. The Director of the Water Department is Rick Pope.

This department is responsible for highway maintenance in the Borough, snow and ice removal, public parks' maintenance, and the maintenance of the storm sewer facilities. They will also maintain the water distribution system and be responsible for the maintenance of the sewer collection system.

The yard waste program is also handled by this department.
