The HARB advises Council on the appropriateness of exterior modifications to buildings within the historic district.
 
Seven members serve on the HARB, each of whom are appointed by Council to serve a three year term.  Board members must also be a member of the Historic Preservation Commission, but may be non-residents of the Borough.
 
The HARB meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 4:30 P.M. in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building.
 
To apply to the HARB, please submit your application one week prior to the meeting by Noon that day. There is no fee to apply. Call 695-7543 Ext. 308 with questions about applying to the HARB. HARB application.
