County of Blair Parking Garage
Employer-provided, free parking is accessed on the 400 block of Mulberry Street. Pull up to the automated arm across the right-hand lane to enter, and the arm with raise. Enter and park in any lined space that is not marked reserved or with a number. There are more employees than there are spaces, but please do not make a space where one does not already exist. Hang the yellow parking tag from your rear-view mirror, or you risk being towed. (Replacement tags are available from Human Resources.)
Metered Street Parking
Hollidaysburg Borough has parking meters on most of the streets that immediately surround the Courthouse and monitors them faithfully between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Read the instructions on each meter to avoid a ticket. Note that a two-hour limit, for example, does not mean that you can feed the meter after two hours and keep the space. Tires are chalked, so you will have to move your vehicle after two hours.
Non-Metered Street Parking
Spaces without meters and without signs that indicate they are permitted spaces are available on Mulberry Street, Spruce Street, Union Street, Walnut Street, and Wayne Street. Please be considerate of the residents of Hollidaysburg Borough who also use these spaces in front of their homes.
